I went into a "Best Denki" to look for some stuff and happened to overhear a conversation between a mother and her daughter, and a salesman. They were shopping for a PC and were apparently having a hard time looking for what they want as they were looking for a PC with Windows XP. I must say that they are really wise at choosing a PC as Windows Vista really sucks. But to their dismay, they salesman told them that there are no longer XP computers around and it is all Vista nowadays. The salesman is very truthful, I have also noticed that I no longer see any XP computers around. In fact, I don't see any Windows XP OEMs on the shelves anymore. I think it is a Microsoft plot to force people to start using Vista. My experience with Vista can be summarized using the video embedded. Please take a look and you will understand why I pity the mother and her daughter.

Microsoft just had to come up with a new OS every few years, regardless of whether the previous version was working in good order or not. Its their business strategy, although this one apparently was a screw up.
Windows XP discs are still available at SLS, and as long as you don't buy a package PC, you don't need to face Vista. Buying a CPU separately from everything else is more likely to be cheaper and also, there is no OS pre-installed inside.
So XP OEMs are still available in SLS? I see. I could not find them in challenger and i thought they are no longer available. Anyway, Vista is really overly resource-consuming. Although it can really maximize a dual core CPU's utility, i would rather saving my resources for other stuffs like gaming or simply letting my pc run faster. Currently my Vista starts up really slow and there at times there are network connection problems. i have no such problems when i am using Ubuntu.
